Our team works hard to keep all products available in our Granville warehouse. In the unlikely event of a product being out of stock, we will contact you and advise you of the delay, and when we expect to receive the item back in stock. If you do not wish to wait, you are entitled to a full refund.
We check all items before shipping but If you’ve received the wrong or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible for us to resolve the issue at our expense.
You can return your purchase for upto 16 business days from the date you received it. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning items. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Returning items must be unused and in the original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
